Job summary

Align, a premier global provider of technology infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data-center cabling deployments in the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and report every phase of delivery.

You will partner with clients, field teams, vendors, and supervisors to ensure on-time, on-budget results while maintaining safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI infrastructure or hyperscale deployments, with strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in data centers or IT infra.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and customer-facing communication.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM software

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk logs
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout docs
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, and costs
• Lead client and internal project meetings with clear status updates
• Work with Superintendents to ensure field work meets requirements
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout
