Our Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a fully-remote, extendable 9-month Contract position. Candidates must have recent experience with Jack Henry Banno banking platform and be available to work on CST hours. This position pays $50-65 per hour W2.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking, focusing on merger-related initiatives within client banking project landscape. The ideal candidate has experience with financial institutions, particularly in credit unions or banking, and is familiar with credit union member identification processes and compliance. This role will work closely with internal teams using Agile (Scrum) methodology and Azure DevOps to track progress, ensuring timely delivery and integration of custom systems with the Jack Henry Banno banking platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans and ensure milestones are met according to timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and success metrics.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage and monitor project deliverables.
• Provide project documentation and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Address project risks and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of project management experience within the financial sector, preferably with banking or credit unions.
• Must have recent experience with Jack Henry Banno banking platform.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
