Job summary

FLYPS is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative projects in AI, LLMs, computer vision, machine learning, and robotics. The role is fully remote, with a Polish B2B setup and monthly compensation between 12,000 and 18,000 PLN net plus VAT.

You will drive planning, monitor progress, optimize processes, manage stakeholder expectations, ensure high quality documentation for grant-based projects, and collaborate with a bilingual Polish-English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in a tech environment.
• Proven track record managing AI/ML/vision/robotics projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience preparing technical documentation for grant settlement and reporting.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements from business and technical perspectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
• Polish (B2+) and English (C1) bilingual capability.

The role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative projects in the areas of Computer Vision, LLMs, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of both internal and external initiatives, from initial planning to final delivery, with a strong focus on organization, process optimization, and results.

What you’ll do

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across teams and stakeholders

• Monitor project progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope

• Proactively identify process improvements and implement actionable changes

• Coordinate team workload, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations

• Organize and lead regular project meetings (internal and external)

• Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical records required for grant-based projects

• Deliver solutions and drive results in line with business priorities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in a tech-focused environment

• Proven track record of managing long‑term projects involving AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, ML, or Robotics

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, especially for grant settlement and reporting

• Ability to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives

• Strong organizational and time management skills- for yourself and the team

• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and conflict resolution

• Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions independently

• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in dynamic environments

• Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English C1)
