Job summary

FLYPS is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative projects in AI, LLMs, computer vision, machine learning, and robotics. The role is fully remote, with a Polish B2B setup and monthly compensation between 12,000 and 18,000 PLN net plus VAT.

You will drive planning, monitor progress, optimize processes, manage stakeholder expectations, ensure high quality documentation for grant-based projects, and collaborate with a bilingual Polish-English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in a tech environment.
• Proven track record managing AI/ML/vision/robotics projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience preparing technical documentation for grant settlement and reporting.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements from business and technical perspectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
• Polish (B2+) and English (C1) bilingual capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope.
• Identify process improvements and implement actionable changes.
• Coordinate team workload, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings (internal and external).
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation for grant-based projects.
• Deliver solutions and drive results in line with business priorities.
