You will join as IT Project Manager, shaping projects that impact the insurance industry and collaborating with Polish-American teams. You’ll work with product, design, and engineering to drive execution, manage scope, risks, and cross-team dependencies, while maintaining a

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of project/program management in a tech environment.
• Experience in a software house or tech company.
• Ability to present project goals and align teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2).
• Experience in international environments (US ideally).
• Experience in startups/scale-ups is a plus.
• Able to work afternoons for cross-time-zone communication.

Responsibilities

• Help create projects that can revolutionize the insurance industry, including mobile apps, web portals, or data engines.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, Eng and PMs; facilitate Scrum with Polish‑American teams.
• Communicate with Product and Engineering Managers to shape exceptional products and tackle challenges.
• Define project scope and execution plans; lead teams and manage cross-workstream relationships.
• Identify risks and dependencies; manage escalation with team support.
• Mediates conflicts and ensures alignment across multiple workstreams.

What will you do?

• You’ll help create projects that can revolutionize the insurance industry. These projects may involve developing mobile applications, web portals, or large-scale data processing engines.
• You’ll work closely with a team of outstanding designers, developers, testers, Engineering and Product Managers. Your role will involve facilitating smooth Scrum routines and collaborating with our Polish-American teams.
• You’ll directly communicate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to assist in the creation of exceptional products and address significant challenges.
• You’ll define project scope and develop an execution plan, leading project teams and managing relationships with our team’s projects.
• You’ll be managing risks and identify internal and cross team dependencies with team support.
• You’ll be responsible for mediating conflicts, clarifying roles and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

• Have 2–6 years of experience in project/program management in tech environment.
• Have experience working in a software house or tech company.
• Are able to understand the company business and present goals of the project to the team.
• Are a well-rounded person with amazing written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2).
• Are able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams.
• Understand software development.
• Have experience working in an international environment (US ideally).
• Have worked in small environments (ideally startups/scale-ups).
• Are available in the afternoons – we prioritize everyone’s personal time and work-life fit, but since we work in multinational teams, occasional evening meetings may be necessary to ensure smooth communication across time zones.

• Experience overseeing the development and implementation of data pipelines and analytics platforms.
