KINETIQ is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow AI programs for enterprise clients. You will work onsite with client teams, owning each program from scoping through go-live and ensuring measurable results.

You will coordinate across architects, engineers and client stakeholders, manage releases and governance, and track adoption and value after go-live, with emphasis on security and data privacy sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management in software, SaaS or IT services.
• 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementations, with at least 2 full-lifecycle go-lives.
• 3+ years delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions in production.
• Experience leading client-facing programs with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at US client locations and travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
