Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects. You will oversee planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and RFP support to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business goals.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders on-site in Kane County, IL.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe or equivalent (preferred).
• Public sector or government project exposure (preferred).

Responsibilities
