Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Manager for a remote role (NJ) with a 12-month+ extension. The position focuses on managing enterprise SF projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery against a defined SOW.

The successful candidate will lead Agile/SCRUM practices, act as Scrum Master, and drive status reporting, billing, and risk management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing at least one large/enterprise level SF project.
• Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to act as Scrum Master and facilitate team events.
• Strong communication with peers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-team activities and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project resources and assume responsibility for overall project management.
• Communicate effectively with project peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, and quality control; report status.
• Understand business requirements and convert them to a statement of work (SOW).
• Ensure adherence to SOW on cost, budget and delivery.
• Provide weekly status reporting.
• Act as Scrum Master and conduct all Scrum ceremonies; ensure team is effectively utilized.
• Conduct appraisals and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Document and share knowledge across the team; maintain quality and process benchmarks.
• Manage customer communication, issue and risk management; ensure correct billing and invoicing of engineering activities.

Job Description
