Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead technology programs in a banking and finance context. You will own delivery, define product vision and KPIs, and coordinate across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, and vendor partners.

You will coach teams on Agile methods, create roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive the Sprints and demos to ensure product success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology programs in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and coaching others.
• Ability to define product vision and success metrics (KPIs).
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage of defects, bugs and track them to closure
• Provide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholders
• Do status reporting (weekly) with Agile KPIs, lead the Steer Co meetings
• Lead the ONE team (vendor partners, enterprise teams, product team, technology team) of all stakeholders to drive dependency, risk, issues resolution.
