Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, high-growth AI technology company serving credit unions, community banks, and other financial institutions. Its AI-powered platform supports conversational AI and automated customer interactions across voice, digital, and employee-assisted channels.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations from contract signature through deployment and go-live.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management, software implementation, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Ownership of end-to-end B2B SaaS implementations within enterprise or mid-market environments.
• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, expectations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including direct customer engagement.
• Ability to build and improve implementation processes without a formal playbook.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, five days per week.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the month to customer sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage 7–10 concurrent implementation projects with timelines and milestones.
• Lead customer meetings, communicate status, manage escalations.
• Coordinate integrations involving core banking, online banking, lending, and related platforms.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Track defects, dependencies, and product changes through resolution.
• Manage a 2–4 week post-launch hypercare period.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and reporting.
• Improve deployment processes as AI capabilities evolve.
• Use AI productivity tools to enhance planning and documentation.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Managerto lead enterprise software implementations from contract signature through deployment and go-live. This role offers the opportunity to manage customer integrations, improve implementation processes, and help build a scalable delivery function in a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from kickoff and project planning through go-live and post-launch support.
• Manage approximately 7–10 concurrent implementation projects, maintaining timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead customer meetings, communicate project status, manage escalations, and proactively address delivery risks.
• Coordinate integrations involving core banking, online banking, lending, credit card, and related financial technology platforms.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues and deliver successful launches.
• Track implementation defects, dependencies, and product changes through resolution.
• Manage a 2–4 week post-launch hypercare period to support stabilization and customer readiness.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, workflows, documentation, and reporting from the ground up.
• Improve deployment processes as self-service tools and AI capabilities evolve.
• Use AI productivity tools to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management, software implementation, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end B2B SaaS implementations within enterprise or mid-market customer environments.
• Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, customer expectations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct customer engagement.
• Ability to build and improve implementation processes without relying on an established playbook.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% of the month to customer sites across the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing software for credit unions, community banks, or other financial institutions.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, online banking platforms, lending technology, or financial services integrations.
• Exposure to conversational AI, voice AI, agentic AI, or contact center technology.
• Experience at a high-growth technology startup or in a role requiring process development.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $185,000–$230,000 per year.
• Performance bonus of 10%, tied to implementation launch success.
