Job summary

Summary

The hiring manager wants a hands-on delivery owner who bridges the technical AI platform and the financial institution customers. They value clear communication, proactive risk management, and a track record of successful enterprise software delivery. They want someone who can improve the implementation methodology and help sustain the company's rapid growth.

About the Role

Own customer implementations, taking credit unions and community banks from signed contract to a successful AI go-live. Customer Success Managers have handled implementations until now. This is the first dedicated implementation hire, so you'll help build and scale the program as the new self-service platform changes how customers launch and improve their AI agents.

Role responsibilities:

manage customer implementations, project timelines, and integration of AI solutions with financial platforms.

What You'll Do

• Run 7-10 customer implementations at once, from post-signature kickoff through go-live and a 2-4 week hypercare period
• Lead kickoffs and weekly customer meetings, manage escalations, and keep customer and internal resources on schedule
• Manage integration timelines and phasing for core banking, online banking, lending and credit card platforms, alongside Solutions Architects, Product and Customer Success
• Work with Product to track, prioritize and resolve defects and product changes found during deployments
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks from scratch, including how customers use self-service tools to keep improving their AI deployments

Candidate Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience preferred, particularly in B2B SaaS and enterprise financial services
• Familiarity with AI and integration processes. Technical skills in AI tools are a plus.
• Ideal profile: Previous startup experience or a builder mindset is highly valued. Experience deploying solutions to financial institutions and familiarity with enterprise tech stacks.

Logistics

• Work policy: 5 days in-office in San Francisco, with 10-20% travel for customer kickoffs and enablement sessions
