Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a project leader to oversee all phases from initiation to deployment of web application projects.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, excellent stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with development teams, define processes, and drive solutions with a creative and technical mindset, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum is a must.
• Experience in implementation of new web application projects from scratch.
• Proven ability to define processes and execute on them.
• Strong organizational skills to track progress with development teams and resolve bottlenecks.
• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how software layers fit together; capable of creative and logical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all project phases from initiation through deployment.
• Facilitating timely and effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
• Have a great organization skill to track the progress of items directly with development teams and diving to resolve any bottlenecks.
• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together. Adept at creative and critical thinking able to deconstruct problems resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
• Should have a proven track record in defining processes and executing on them.
• Excellent interpersonal skills especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
