Qualifications

Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies, managing backlogs, and adapting processes.
Technical depth to follow conversations about APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases.
Ability to turn ambiguous workstreams into an actionable plan.
Experience managing dependencies and timelines across teams not directly managed.
Fluency with Jira, Asana, GitHub, or Linear.
Ability to communicate status and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Adaptable, resilient, proactive, driven, resourceful, highly organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
