Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, installation, or capital projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong documentation management.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred (fiber optics, automotive, aerospace, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
• Experience with procurement, ordering, and inventory management.
• Mechanical aptitude to read drawings/prints and identify components.
• Self-starter with ownership and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and teams with daily administrative tasks.
• Manage safety aspects, schedules, deadlines, and calendars.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes.
• Oversee project communication and correspondence.
• Track budgets, invoices, POs, and financial docs.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables for on-time completion.
• Coordinate resources and act as point of contact for inquiries.
