Job summary

Leidos seeks a Program Lead/System Engineer in Odenton, MD to oversee system-level requirements, integration, verification, and user acceptance testing for JWICS deployments supporting DISA customers. You will supervise a team of managers (14 personnel), drive performance reviews, and coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering efforts.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, Security+ or SecurityX credentials, and 12–15 years of DoD experience (10–13 with a Master).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Security+ or SecurityX certification (or comparable DoD 8140 credentials).
• 12–15 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 10–13 years with a Master’s).
• Experience in DoD or similar high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system-level requirements management and integration/testing activities.
• Lead a team of managers overseeing 14 personnel; provide performance feedback and issues resolution.
• Perform data gathering, requirements definition, use case development, and gap analysis.
• Plan, execute engineering activities including test plans and design specs; ensure system sustainment.
