Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead DISA CDES engineering projects from Fort Meade, MD. You will manage schedules, requirements, testing, deployments, and documentation while coordinating with program leadership and a cross-domain team of engineers and SMEs.

Strong communication and DoD experience are required. The role focuses on lifecycle engineering, testing, policy, deployment, and sustainment, with on-site responsibilities at DISA HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly relevant experience in project management and engineering leadership.
• Active DoD security clearance up to TS/SCI.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification (Security+ or higher).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership ability.
• Experience delivering systems/tools/solutions in production for DISA/DoD.
• Experience working with DISA or DoD customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects for CDES, managing schedules, requirements, testing, deployment and reporting.
• Coordinate with program leadership to execute initiatives and enforce cross-functional processes.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, track milestones, and drive action plans.
• Serve as liaison for customer and mission partner communication and engagement.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training in coordination with management.
• Communicate effectively with Leidos leadership, customer teams and partners.
