Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the development and delivery of vehicle ECUs. The role demands initiative, independent judgement, and cross-functional leadership within the Electrical Hardware team throughout product development.

You will drive design, development, release, and validation of Client ECUs, maintain visibility on deliverables, and report risks to ensure timely launches and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience on a program team
• BS in Engineering or similar technical degree
• Detailed knowledge of electronics design, development, validation, and integration process
• Experience in ME/EE or systems engineering
• Experience with Contract Manufacturers and vendors for PCBA and assemblies
• Strong program management skills and ability to drive multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Electrical Hardware Design to create schedules and track progress against vehicle deliverables
• Lead development and integration of ECUs via design reviews and pre-production builds
• Identify program risks and work to mitigate roadblocks to hit timing
• Coordinate with vehicle line, software, electrical, and other teams for synchronized deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely prototype deliveries
• Push and support the release of engineering documentation to PLM and assist purchasing as needed
