Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and validation of vehicle ECUs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure on-time launches and robust engineering, reporting risks and progress to leadership.

Minimum 6+ years in program roles, a BS in Engineering, and strong experience in electronics integration are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years on a program team or equivalent experience.
• BS+ in Engineering or similar technical degree required.
• Detailed knowledge of electronics design, development, validation, and integration process.
• Prior relevant engineering experience in ME, EE or systems engineering.
• Experience with Contract Manufacturers and vendors for PCBA, mechanical housings, complex system, and high-level assembly.
• Outstanding program management skills to develop plans, schedules, and manage goals.
• Proven experience in developing, launching and sustaining complex products.
• Strong communication with Executive Staff and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver vehicle ECUs, driving design, development, release, and validation across product stages.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align schedules, progress tracking, and risk reporting.
• Drive custom module developments with in-house PCBA designs and mechanical assemblies.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, remove roadblocks, and manage timing."
• Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely component deliveries.
• Ensure smooth integration of ECUs with vehicle systems and PLM documentation.
