Job summary

Rivian in Irvine, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the design, development, release, and validation of electronics modules across our vehicle platforms. You will coordinate with electronics architecture, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and robust integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading technical programs or equivalent.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical hardware design, development, validation, and integration processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.
• Proven track record of tracking and driving multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create engineering schedules with electronics architecture & design teams; track progress and deliveries against vehicle schedules.
• Lead development and integration of electronics via design reviews; support pre-production builds for launch.
• Identify and mitigate risks; remove roadblocks to hit timing.
• Coordinate with vehicle, software, electrical, mechanical teams to drive critical path and synchronized deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely component deliveries for prototypes.
• Support PLM documentation release and provide purchasing support to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan budgets and maintain forecasts, maintain risk registers.
