Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across a broad organization.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and designs scalable processes and frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with the product life cycle from concept through development to go-to-market and end-of-life.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication for leadership and engineers.
• Ability to balance tactical work with forward-looking improvements to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end program execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Space Systems, Enablement, and Customer Support.
• Scope comprehensive program schedules and break down complex requirements into milestones.
• Translate requirements across business and technical stakeholders with clarity.
• Identify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them.
• Facilitate data-driven decision making and healthy debate.
• Communicate progress, priorities, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
