Job summary

Planet Labs PBC in the United States is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive its largest, cross-team initiatives across Product, Engineering and Space Systems. You will translate roadmaps into actionable plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery for defense and intelligence solutions.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Washington, DC or Denver. You will work with both technical and non-technical teams, communicating clearly with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or program management in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end program execution across multiple teams to ensure releases.
• Plan schedules, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Translate requirements between business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.
