Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a self-motivated Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale initiatives, design and operate the M365 suite within the GCC High environment. You will work with third-party vendors and Amazon Security to deliver a productive experience for Leo resources.

This individual contributor role offers broad influence, requiring strong program management fundamentals, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage dependencies and risks across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience working with and managing third party vendors.
• Experience running an effective operational excellence program.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated plans, drive execution, and remove blockers to enable teams to deliver faster with higher quality.
• Understand technical requirements for solutions, including architecture, dependencies, efficiency, performance, availability, and operability.
• Partner with technical managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, balance business needs with technical constraints, and drive innovative solutions.
