Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs in the Phoenix area. You will apply deep Salesforce knowledge, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive governance across delivery teams.

The role requires strong experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, transforming processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices.

Descripción del empleo

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Agentforce and Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong experience managing complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and deeply technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Consultant/Architect certifications preferred.
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in banking, financial services, payments, or another highly regulated environment is a strong advantage.
