Job summary

The Salesforce Technical Project Manager role at Themesoft Inc. in Phoenix requires leading end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs onsite.

You will combine deep Salesforce technical knowledge with strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance to drive successful implementations. You will manage multi-stream initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution in a contract environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Apex, LWC).
• 8+ years IT experience with Salesforce programs.
• Experience as Salesforce PM/Delivery Manager/TPM or similar.
• Relevant Certifications preferred (PMP/SAFe/ Scrum).

• Manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall/SDLC, DevOps, and release management.

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• "Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Agentforce and Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong experience managing complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise delivery tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and deeply technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Consultant/Architect certifications preferred.
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in banking, financial services, payments, or another highly regulated environment is a strong advantage."
