Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs from Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams and technical teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will oversee Agile/Scrum and other methodologies, ensure governance, and drive successful releases with adherence to SDLC and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce delivery projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, risk, issue, budget, and resource management skills.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, Consultant, or Architect).
• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
• Banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated-industry experience.
