Job summary
HavocAI, a leader in all-domain collaborative autonomy, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across robotics, software, autonomy, and defense programs. You will work with engineering, product, operations, field teams, and customers to translate mission needs into executable plans and delivered capabilities.
You will own schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans while unblocking teams and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years leading technical programs with cross-functional teams.
- Technical background in robotics, software, autonomy, hardware/software integration, and defense systems.
Responsibilities
- Own execution for robotics, autonomy, software, and defense-related engineering programs.
- Translate customer needs and mission objectives into technical plans.
- Coordinate across software, autonomy, hardware, manufacturing, field operations, product, and customers.
- Manage risks, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Support testing, field demonstrations, and post-test analyses.
