Job summary

HavocAI in Providence, RI seeks a Mission Operations Specialist to orchestrate the deployment and operation of HavocAI platforms and HavocCloud products. You will lead deployments for ASV platforms and HavocControl software, collaborating across teams to ensure field readiness and strong customer outcomes.

You will engage deeply with customers, translate operational insights into product improvements, and work at the intersection of operations, customer success, and product development.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% including field deployments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to North Kingstown, RI.
• Experience leading or supporting deployments of complex technical systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate HavocAI platforms, HavocControl software, and HavocCloud deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to deploy systems to the field and ensure readiness.
• Train and support end users, ensuring effective adoption and high performance of HavocAI systems.
• Monitor system performance during operations and coordinate rapid issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with customers and identify future opportunities for HavocAI technology.
