Job summary

FanDuel is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery in our New York team. You will coordinate production deployments, manage changes, and build clear roadmaps that align data engineering, product, and business stakeholders toward measurable outcomes.

You'll drive end-to-end initiatives, handle risks and dependencies, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar leading cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating production deployments and change management (Jira/Confluence preferred).
• Proven track record delivering environment migrations and end-user rollouts.
• Strong PM skills including roadmap creation and execution.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to stay effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build roadmaps and drive execution with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate production deployments end to end using Jira/Confluence to track work.
• Manage changes with other teams to ensure safe, approved execution.
• Lead projects from kickoff through successful completion, including migrations.
• Independently gather information, coordinate across stakeholders, keep programs moving.
• Progressively build structure and clarity where workflows are not defined.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
