New York Technology Partners is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to architect high-level solutions, size delivery plans, and ensure on-time launches.

The role requires Jira and Agile delivery expertise, strong risk management, and excellent cross-functional communication. You will own delivery roadmaps, track progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular status

Formación

• Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or Technical program management roles.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
• Track progress against delivery plans, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
• Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
• Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
• Provide regular status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
• Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.
