This hybrid role balances people management with technical delivery, mentoring engineers, guiding solution design, and collaborating across teams to support analytics, data science, and operations.

The role suits an experienced data engineer or tech lead ready to move into engineering management, blending hands-on support with strategic execution within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in building and maintaining data pipelines and platforms using Spark, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, or Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/Scala/Java).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
