Job summary

FanDuel Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Business Project Management team. You will drive plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across the organization.

The role reports to the Senior Program Manager and offers a dynamic, high-impact environment with opportunities to influence decisions and deliver large-scale outcomes across FanDuel and Flutter Entertainment.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in project management, strategy, or business operations ideally at a technology, sports or media company.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive decision making while challenging the status quo.
• Experience delivering programs with significant impact across the wider organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects across the organization.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary, and potentially geographically dispersed, teams.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and report status updates.
• Identify risks that would prevent the timely delivery of projects and develop solutions to mitigate the risks.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Identify decisions or trade-offs that need to be made to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time.
• Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of solutions.
