Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in project management, strategy, or business operations ideally at a technology, sports or media company
• Organized and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels
• Demonstrates a bias for action, can deliver in an agile environment
• Good relationship manager and negotiator with stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to influence others without formal authority
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Passionate about high-performing multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver the most critical projects across the organization
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, possibly geographically dispersed
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and report status updates
• Identify risks and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Provide direction and support to project teams
• Identify decisions or trade-offs to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations for clear and precise delivery
