Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or systems engineering.
8+ years of experience managing people managers and leading organizations of TPMs or engineers.
Experience driving execution strategy across multiple engineering organizations at scale.
Experience partnering with executive and senior engineering leadership to shape strategy and roadmaps.
Experience building and scaling high-performing technical organizations.
Familiarity with GenAI / LLM workloads and infrastructure impact.
Experience with capacity/cost economics and ROI analysis.
Experience owning executive communications and decision frameworks for large programs.
Experience in Business AI, ads, or AI-agent domains.
