Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or a PhD with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to read and interpret product BOMs.
• Knowledge of PM methods and experience in Product Development & Release procedures.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through successful project execution blending technical excellence with strategic planning.
• Define sourcing strategies and supplier readiness for new products and pilots with the Supply Chain team.
• Manage transition of new products from pilot production to volume production.
• Use software tools to perform cost rollups and analyze product cost performance.
• Develop supplier selection processes and identify supply chain risks."
• Resolve discrepancies between cost targets and quotes; present to executives and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to engineering on DFx (cost, manufacturability).
• Lead cost reduction and value improvement discussions with internal teams.
