Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate breakthroughs across etch and deposition products. You will lead cross‑functional teams through full project lifecycles, balancing technical excellence with strategic planning to deliver new or upgraded offerings.

You’ll own schedules, budgets, and change management, partnering with stakeholders to implement process improvements in a dynamic semiconductor environment. Hybrid onsite/remote roles are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in technical program management or continuous improvement.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with ability to present to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Over-see optimization or creation of technical product offerings and programs, develop project plans and align teams.
• Lead risk management and drive projects through release within budget and schedule.
• Run improvement projects and report results to inform schedules and deliverables.
