Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams through the development and release of new products. You will plan, direct, and monitor schedules and budgets to deliver cost-conscious, high-quality technology solutions.

You’ll drive supplier readiness, pilot-to-volume transitions, and cost optimization while collaborating with supply chain and engineering stakeholders. Strong PM and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with no prior experience.
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies for new products.
• Confirm supplier readiness in production capacity and critical parts.
• Manage transition of new products from pilot to volume production.
• Analyze product cost performance and drive corrective actions to meet cost targets.
• Develop supplier selection processes and identify supply chain risks.
