Job summary

Google’s Network Delivery and Implementation Training and Onboarding team seeks a Program Manager III to own the training and onboarding programs within NDI. You will accelerate the readiness of new hires in Google's global network infrastructure, enabling rapid, safe independent network deployment.

You will partner with engineers and product teams, define the roadmap and OKRs, and build a mentor pool while leveraging automation to improve onboarding, upskilling, and the overall experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
5 years of program management experience.
Experience in network planning/design/data center design or deployments.
Experience designing and managing technical onboarding or educational programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee training and onboarding curriculum for NDI processes, tools and safety standards.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle of the network delivery implementation fast track program for onboarding network engineers.
Define program roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with NDI objectives.
Develop and manage the NDI mentor pool and feedback mechanisms.
Apply technical judgment to guide program direction with engineering partners.
