Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager III for New Product Introduction in Technical Infrastructure. You will drive hardware and software programs from concept to production, coordinating requirements, risks, and schedules across multiple teams.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, partner with AI/ML, cloud, and networking teams, and ensure delivery with velocity, quality, and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in launching new products (NPI), encompassing hardware and software development, and systems infrastructure.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver hardware programs from inception to production.
• Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes.
• Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
• Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other TPM groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.
