Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager III for Networking Implementation Training in the Cloud Networking domain. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will own onboarding programs for Google's Network Delivery and Implementation team, accelerating readiness of new hires and enabling rapid, safe deployment capabilities.

As the Network Delivery and Implementation (NDI) Training and Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the training and onboarding programs within NDI. You will accelerate the readiness of new hires within Google's global network infrastructure team. You will own and drive a program designed to enable new hires to achieve independent network deployment capabilities quickly, consistently, and safely. You will have a blend of program management expertise, technical understanding of network deployment, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and leveraging tools and automation to enhance the onboarding and upskilling experience, ultimately contributing to faster and more efficient network delivery.
