Google’s Network Delivery and Implementation (NDI) team seeks a Training and Onboarding Program Manager to lead the development of comprehensive onboarding for network engineers. You will own curriculum, define OKRs, and partner with engineers to accelerate readiness, using automation to improve speed and quality.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and a relentless focus on safe, scalable deployments across global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in network planning, network design, data center design, or network deployments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing technical onboarding or educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the training and onboarding curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of NDI processes, tools and safety standards.
• Lead and independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the network delivery implementation fast track program, critical to onboarding and upskilling network engineers.
• Define the program roadmap, goals (OKRs), and success metrics aligned with NDI objectives.
• Develop and manage the NDI mentor pool, facilitating pairings and feedback mechanisms to support new hire development.
• Apply technical judgment to understand network deployment details, assess trade-offs, and guide program direction effectively with engineering partners.
