Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years in program management.
• Experience with supply or demand planning and data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process to define data center hardware requirements and demand plans.
• Optimize inventory health, safety stock, and lifecycle transitions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to track commitments and impacts.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews to prioritize and allocate during constraints.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory health, and gross margins.
