Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for Network Demand Management within Cloud Infrastructure in Sunnyvale, CA.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to define metrics, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making across Strategic, Diagnostic, and Operational levels. You’ll automate data collection, partner with product, engineering, and planning teams, and translate complex requirements into scalable program frameworks while communicating effectively with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with demand planning or forecasting.
Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, BigQuery, R) and reporting platforms (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects).

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define, standardize, and maintain NetDM’s metrics framework across Strategic, Diagnostic, and Operational levels.
Design, build, and maintain interactive reporting dashboards and visualization tools.
Ensure metrics are presented intuitively for various audiences, from operational planning teams to executive leadership.
Leverage scripting (SQL, Python, Appscript, etc.) to build internal reporting tools and automate manual tasks to reduce reporting cycle times.
Implement structured reporting frameworks and data mappings for onboarding metrics for new network products and processes.
