Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary deployment programs across the global network delivery organization. You’ll plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders from engineers to executives.

You’ll oversee capacity deliverables, establish roles, and align partner groups to strategic business goals while ensuring capacity and project plans stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with networking architecture and data center networks deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules across the organization.
• Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early and often, collaborating on process improvements and communicating.
• Participate and contribute to business reviews providing global deployment and capacity updates.
• Provide health reports highlighting wins, risk, and upcoming demands.
• Drive root causes corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
