Job summary

Senra Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate customer opportunities from RFQ through production handoff, working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to translate requirements into executable manufacturing plans.

You will manage scope, schedule, and risks while supporting cost estimates and proposals for Tier 1 and Prime accounts, ensuring readiness for production handoff and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and customer technical requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Opportunities from RFQ Through Production Handoff.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management to ensure customer requirements can be successfully executed.
• Manage program readiness and risk, identifying risks early and driving mitigation plans to closure.
• Own schedule and customer commitments with milestone plans for quoting, engineering reviews, material procurement, and production launch activities.
• Support estimating and proposal development, reviewing drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical data packages to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements.
• Support change management and scope alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Provide program visibility with risk and issue logs, action item tracking, and concise leadership updates.
