Job summary

Quickparts is seeking a Program Manager with an engineering mindset to lead customer programs from RFQ to completion. You will coordinate internal experts and external partners, translating customer needs into actionable project plans and keeping milestones aligned with timelines.

You'll partner with sales, engineering, and suppliers to review feasibility, generate quotes, and drive continuous improvement in workflows.

Qualifications

5–7 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industry.
Strong organizational and multi‑project management skills.
Excellent communication with a customer‑first mindset.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T) and manufacturing feasibility.
Familiarity with common PM tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday.com, or similar.

Responsibilities

Coordinate RFQ review and feasibility with sales and technical teams.
Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans with scope and timelines.
Serve as central hub for customers, internal teams, and suppliers and track milestones.
Proactively resolve issues to maintain timing and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with facilities and vendors to track production progress and quality.
