Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic manufacturing programs focusing on precision metal fabrication & assembly. You will manage all aspects from NPI through mass production, ensuring successful launches across global sites.

The role requires 8+ years in program/engineering management, strong Oracle/SAP and Kinaxis experience, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP is a strong asset.
• 8+ years in Program/Project/Engineering Management in high-volume manufacturing.
• 5+ years in precision metal fabrication programs; Fortune 500 or global manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, multi-site programs for precision metal enclosures, tanks, busbars and related components.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and budget risks with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets and schedules (WBS) to meet targets.
• Provide executive status reports on risks, financials, and critical path items.
