Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager to ensure manufacturing projects and programs are managed effectively and align with business objectives. You will collect and analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Collaboration across design, procurement, and QA is essential to align actions and goals. You will coordinate vendors, act as primary customer contact for quotations and contract questions, and provide technical support at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working in manufacturing preferred.
• Outstanding communications skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting with a commitment to quality.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into reality through project management and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of onboarding clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration plans and schedules.
• Lead requirements, design, development and testing of integration phases.
• Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
• Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
