Coinbase in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager for Knowledge Systems to translate strategy into scalable technical execution. This role bridges customer experience, knowledge operations, and engineering to scale self-service, internal tooling, and AI-assisted support.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, own high-leverage initiatives like workflow automation and CMS improvements, and ensure data is machine-readable, governance-ready, and launch-ready.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management, systems implementation, or operational leadership in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Deep familiarity with information retrieval architectures (vector databases, RAG) and CMS platforms, metadata models.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact, compliance, and business performance.
• Experience translating operational strategy into technical requirements, data schemas, and tooling investments.
• Knowledge of content systems, knowledge management, workflow automation, and internal CX tooling.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders with distributed ownership.
• Experience leading ambiguous, multi-team initiatives from concept to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Own technical programs that improve systems, tooling, and workflows behind self-service and AI-assisted discovery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate knowledge taxonomies into APIs, schemas, and execution plans.
• Lead planning and delivery of workflow automation, CMS improvements, and metadata enhancements.
• Partner to ensure knowledge is accurate, structured for machine-readability, and governance-compliant.
• Build and run an operating cadence for initiatives including roadmap tracking and risk escalation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale without linear headcount growth.
