Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems implementation, or operational leadership.
• Experience translating knowledge strategy into technical requirements and data schemas.
• Strong understanding of content systems, knowledge management, and workflows.
• Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own programs that improve systems, tooling, and workflows for customer self-service and AI-assisted discovery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate taxonomies and data into APIs, schemas, and execution plans.
• Lead planning and delivery of workflow automation, CMS improvements, and launch-readiness tooling.
• Ensure knowledge is accurate, structured for machine-readability, and governance compliant.
• Build and run an operating cadence for initiatives with roadmap tracking and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and scale with business complexity.
