Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, BigQuery, R) and reporting platforms (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects).
  • Experience with demand planning or forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the processes required to generate and publish a demand plan, understand business inputs and policies, and deliver key insights into network demand trends.
  • Lead projects that strive for autonomous planning, evaluate new forecasting methodologies, and partner cross-functionally to find efficiencies in our planning processes.
  • Define the process to operationalize the demand process for new network products.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to balance competing priorities and gain the necessary alignment to seamlessly deliver on organizational OKRs.
